1 General Terms & Conditions

33oko (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform" or "we") is an online Sports Betting service provider. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 33oko and its users ("Member" or "you").

You must comply with these terms and conditions to access all 33oko services. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

1.1 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Online betting must be legally permitted in your country or region.
• You must register under your own name — opening an account on someone else's behalf is not allowed.
• Each person may only register one account.

1.2 Applicable Law

33oko operates under a licence from an international gaming authority. These terms will be interpreted in accordance with the relevant legal framework.

2 Account Registration & Verification

To open an account at 33oko, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false information may be suspended at any time and any funds held may be forfeited.

2.2 KYC Verification

To ensure security, 33oko reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. KYC documents may be required for large withdrawals. These may include:

• Recent utility bill or bank statement (as proof of address)
• Proof of Payment Method

2.3 Account Security

Keep your password and login details strictly confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. You are responsible for any unauthorized activity on your account.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

33oko supports transactions via Bangladesh's popular mobile banking methods. The key rules for deposits and withdrawals are outlined below.

3.1 Deposit Rules

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and any such transactions will be reversed.
• The maximum daily deposit limit is ৳2,00,000 (until security verification is completed).
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for your deposit.
• The required wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• 33oko reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
• Every withdrawal request is reviewed — if fraudulent activity is detected, the withdrawal will be cancelled.

4 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to Sports Betting on 33oko and are in effect for all bet types equally.

4.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation Policy

• Once a bet is submitted, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is voided due to a technical issue during live betting, the full stake will be refunded.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, all stakes will be refunded.
• 33oko reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrectly set odds.

4.2 Maximum Bet Limit

A maximum bet limit applies to each event and betting market. These limits may vary by event, and 33oko reserves the right to change them at any time.

4.3 Parlay & Accumulator Bets

• A maximum of 15 events can be added to a parlay bet.
• Parlays cannot be built using different markets from the same match.
• If any single leg of a parlay is voided, that leg will be counted at odds of 1.0.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

33oko offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive the bonus.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the combined total of the bonus and deposit must be wagered 5 times.
• You will have a maximum of 30 days to complete the wagering requirement.

5.2 General Bonus Policy

• A bonus offer cannot be used more than once.
• Bets placed with bonus funds at odds below 1.5 will not count toward wagering requirements.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being terminated.
• 33oko reserves the right to void any bonus if there is suspicion of a breach of bonus terms.

5.3 Cashback Offers

The weekly cashback offer returns a set percentage of your net losses. Cashback is typically credited as bonus balance and carries a 1x wagering requirement.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at 33oko. Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

• Arbitrage Betting: Attempting to exploit the system to guarantee a profit.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting loopholes in bonus terms to gain an unfair advantage.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under one person.
• Third-Party Payments: Depositing or withdrawing using another person's account.
• Automated Betting Software: Placing bets using bots or automated tools.
• Fraudulent Information: Operating an account using a false identity or fraudulent information.
• Abuse: Disrespectful behaviour towards the support team.

7 Responsible Gaming

33oko believes that betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. The wellbeing and financial safety of all our members is our top priority.

7.1 Self-Exclusion Tools

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Bet Limit: Set your own maximum stake limit per bet.
• Time Limit: Set how long you want to use the platform each day.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period of time.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

33oko reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• Extended account inactivity (12 months).
• At the user's own request.

8.1 Balance After Account Closure

If an account is closed for reasons other than a rule violation, any remaining balance will be refunded after verification. However, bonus balances and incomplete wagering amounts will be forfeited.

9 Liability Limit

33oko accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• Technical issues on the user's device.
• Losses caused by third parties.
• Transaction losses during unexpected system maintenance.

In all cases, 33oko's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

10 Right to Amend Terms

33oko reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes via email or platform notifications.
